Escuela de Iniciación Artística Asociada al INBAL

Corazones Unidos Fund is proud to support the city’s recently launched Art Center for children, an initiative of Cancún’s local government that provides free artistic education to approximately 170 children and adolescents ages 6 to 13 at the Escuela de Iniciación Artística Asociada al INBAL.

As part of our first initiative, Corazones Unidos donated $30,000 USD to the school allowing them to purchase instruments, including violins, cellos, flutes, clarinets, trumpets, percussion instruments, and a portable piano, enabling the immediate launch of music classes and enhancing the students’ learning experience.

This contribution helps create more equitable access to education by removing financial barriers for children who do not own an instrument, allowing all students to participate fully regardless of their economic circumstances. It also strengthens consistent practice, creative exploration, and collaboration, while fostering discipline, active listening, and a strong sense of community. More than material support, this donation is an investment in the artistic and personal development of each student.

This marks the beginning of a long term partnership. We are working closely with the Escuela de Iniciación Artística Asociada al INBAL to identify future needs and expand programming, increasing access and opportunities for more children.
